A uring the period, two new bodies were placed with the Prime Minister: in one case it is the renovation of an existing institution, the other, the extension of a reform already mentioned in this column.

Now, the object of study of the mission is no longer "the phenomenon of sects" but that of "sectarian movements whose actions are detrimental to human rights and fundamental freedoms or threaten to public order or are contrary to the laws and regulations "(Art. 1 st -1 °). Regarding the first, the decree states that the mission will promote coordination of actions, whether preventive or enforcement; He also asked to develop exchanges of information between public services. The president of the mission, whose mandate has been reduced from five to three years, is still appointed by decree and is responsible for developing annual action program and an activity report.
